Delivery partner for fractional CTOs, agencies, and studios

Scoped native mobile and AI/RAG delivery, under your lead.

We are a seven-person engineering team in Taipei: native iOS and Android, Java/Python backend, AI/RAG, and a project manager. You own the client relationship and the technical direction. We deliver the agreed package.

Who we work with

Built for teams who own the client and need execution

We work behind people who already hold the client's trust. If you lead strategy, architecture, design, or vendor management, we supply the engineering hands for a clearly defined piece of work.

Fractional CTOs and technical advisors

You manage vendors on your client's behalf. We are a vendor you can scope tightly, review closely, and swap out if it doesn't work.

Digital agencies and product studios

You lead strategy and design. When a client needs production native mobile, backend integration, or an AI feature beyond your web stack, we build it under your lead.

White-label and overflow partners

You need extra capacity under your brand or your delivery process. We can work under your name, your tools, and your standards.

Rescue and recovery specialists

You diagnose the stalled project. We execute the repair scope you define.

Not our primary fit: We are not trying to replace your core team or an existing primary partner, and we are not pitching your clients directly. We also don't compete on WordPress/Drupal or marketing-site production.
The delivery pod

One small, complete team

Seven people who already work together, so you don't have to assemble a squad from individual contractors.

RoleCountWhat they cover
Project manager1Your single point of contact. Scope tracking, weekly status, risk log, acceptance checklist.
iOS engineer1Native iOS (Swift): fixes, upgrades, SDK and OS-version updates, release builds.
Android engineers2Native Android (Kotlin/Java): fixes, upgrades, SDK and API-level updates, release builds.
Backend engineer1Java/Python services and APIs, integrations with existing systems.
AI/RAG engineers2LLM integration, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines, LangChain, evaluation and guardrails.

Scoped packages

Two core packages, tightly scoped

We do our best work on a defined problem with clear acceptance criteria. Every package starts from a written scope, and anything outside it is a change request, not a surprise.

Package A

Native App Rescue / Upgrade

For an existing iOS or Android app that is stuck, unstable, or out of date.

What we do
  • Get a stalled build compiling and releasable again (build tooling, signing, store submission blockers)
  • SDK, OS-version, and dependency upgrades
  • Fix crashes and broken core flows from a prioritized issue list
  • Backend/API fixes on Java/Python services that the app depends on
  • Hand back a documented, releasable codebase
Not in this package
  • Full redesigns or new-product builds from zero
  • Open-ended "maintain everything" retainers without a defined backlog
  • Ownership of your client's store accounts or production credentials beyond what you grant
Package B

Single AI/RAG Workflow

One business process, one AI workflow, integrated into a system the client already uses.

What we do
  • Pick one process (e.g. internal knowledge Q&A, ticket triage, document lookup inside a CRM or helpdesk) and define success criteria with you
  • Build the retrieval pipeline on the client's own documents/data
  • Integrate the LLM step into the existing tool or backend
  • Add evaluation, basic guardrails, and logging so you can judge quality
  • Deliver deployment notes and a handover
Not in this package
  • Company-wide "AI transformation" programs or staff training
  • Multiple unrelated workflows at once
  • Model training from scratch

Also available Β· White-label / overflow delivery

When you already have a scoped workstream and need a team to execute it, we can work under your brand, your PM process, and your repositories. Same rules: defined scope, your oversight, your client.

Fixed scope and acceptance criteria are written into the SOW before work starts. Pricing is quoted per scope.

How engagement works

You lead. We deliver. The client stays yours.

You keep the client relationship

We don't contact your client unless you ask us to, and we don't solicit them afterward.

You keep technical direction

We work to your architecture, standards, and review process.

Scope is written down

Every engagement has a defined scope, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.

  1. Intro (email or 20-minute call). You describe the workstream. We confirm fit, availability, and any conflicts.
  2. Material review. Under NDA if needed, you share what you can: a redacted issue list, repo access, architecture notes, or a process description.
  3. Paid technical assessment (typically 3–5 days) β€” or a direct proposal if the scope is already clear. See the assessment.
  4. Fixed-scope SOW. Deliverables, acceptance criteria, timeline, team, price, and change-request process.
  5. Delivery. Weekly written status through your channel of choice, demos at agreed milestones, risks raised early.
  6. Acceptance and handover. Code, documentation, and deployment notes delivered to your repositories. Optional follow-on scope.
Capability signals

What you can check before you commit

No borrowed logos or inflated numbers. Here is what we work with, how we run projects, and how to verify the company.

The low-risk first step

Start small: a 3–5 day paid technical assessment

If the work isn't fully defined yet, or you want to see how we operate before committing a client workstream, start with a short paid assessment. You get a usable written output whether or not you continue with us.

Includes

  • Kick-off call with you (and the client, only if you choose)
  • Review of the codebase, build, issue list, or target process
  • Written findings: current state, root causes, risks
  • A proposed fixed scope with effort estimate, team, and timeline
  • Wrap-up call to walk through the findings

Outputs you keep

The findings report and the proposed scope β€” usable with us or with another team.

Price

Fixed fee, quoted before start based on size.

FAQ for partners

Questions partners ask first

Who owns the client relationship?

You do. We work under your direction and contact the client only when you ask us to. We don't solicit your clients during or after an engagement.

Can you work white-label?

Yes. We can work under your brand, in your tools, and with your email/Slack identity if you prefer.

Will you sign our NDA?

Yes, we routinely work under partner NDAs. We can also provide our own mutual NDA.

Who owns the IP?

By default, work product created for the engagement transfers to you or your client on payment, as set out in the SOW. Pre-existing tools or libraries we bring are licensed for use in the delivered work.

What timezone do you work in, and how do we communicate?

Taipei, UTC+8. Written updates in English at least weekly, plus calls in agreed overlap windows. We use your channel: email, Slack, Teams, or your project tool.

What does "SLA" look like for project work?

For scoped projects we commit to a response to your messages within one Taipei business day, weekly status, and milestone dates in the SOW. We don't offer 24/7 production on-call by default; if you need a support window after handover, we'll scope it separately.

How do you price?

Per scope: the assessment is a fixed fee; packages are quoted after scope is defined.

How fast can you start?

Current availability is shown at the top of this page and is updated monthly. Email Roy for a confirmed start date.

Can we see samples first?

Yes. Email Roy and tell us which package you're considering; we'll send relevant samples.

Do you also sell AI training or SaaS products?

In Taiwan, yes. That's covered on our Chinese site. This English site is only about partner delivery.

Next step

Have a funded workstream that needs capacity?

Reply to the email you received, or write to Roy directly. Tell us the package (app rescue/upgrade or AI/RAG workflow), the rough timeline, and whether you'd like samples or an assessment first.
