Assessment (3–5 days) or direct proposal: findings, prioritized fix list, effort estimate.
Fixed-scope SOW with acceptance criteria (e.g. "release build passes store review", "issues #1–#N resolved").
Fix-and-release cycles with weekly status.
Handover: code in your repo, release notes, upgrade notes, known-risks list.
